The booking of accommodation and offers listed on the website are applicable under the terms and conditions described below:

RATES

The prices shown on the website are per apartment per day.

PAYMENT CONDICIONS

When making your reservation, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 30% (a percentage of the total amount).  Once the payment is made, the guest will receive all the booking/contract details by e-mail. The remaining amount must be paid, by bank transfer six week before your arrival. If you do not make this second payment we will cancel your booking.

The transaction will be made in EUROS, no matter the client´s origin.

The total amount includes a final cleaning fee. The standard cleaning charges are as follows: 60.-€/estancia.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

According to the contracted days may request a security deposit. It will be returned after carrying out a thorough review of the property by our housekeeping staff on the day of departure. If all elements of the property are in full operation the deposit will be returned by bank transfer the same day or the second day after the departure.

If there is any damage, the deposit will be used for repairs and the remaining amount required if the damages exceed the amount.

DELIVERY OF KEYS

You will be sent an email with 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival and will be handing over the keys.

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION

The payment to block the dates is non refundable, in any case.

The amount paid 45 days before the date of arrival, will be governed by the following conditions:

-Cancellation with 5 or more weeks prior to arrival: return of 20%

-Less than 4 weeks: non refundable.

SCHEDULES

The apartment is usually available after 2:00 PM. The normal check-out time is 10:30 AM. Some flexibility is possible depending on what time the other guests leave or enter the apartment that day.

LIABILITY

Lasmejoresvistas.com is not liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the apartment as a result of improper use by the guests in the apartment.

STANDARDS OF CONDUCT

Parties and inappropriate behavior is unacceptable in our apartments. Rest hours are every day from 10:00 p.m. 09.00 a.m. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter and hope you understand that these rules are necessary for the rest of our customers and neighbors.

NUMBER OF PEOPLE PER APARTMENT

The number of people who can occupy the apartment is listed on the contract and cannot exceed this number at any time. In the case of a change in the number of people occupying the apartment, simply contact lasmejoresvistas.com to let us know and we will rectify the booking confirmation sheet.
